Whether you're just getting your business off the ground or you work from home and need a business address, our Virtual Office facility could be what you need. Leatherline House is conveniently located close to Leicester city centre and also accessible to nearby villages and towns like Blaby, Whetstone, Enderby, Braunstone, Oadby and Wigston.

We can offer two simple and straight forward services;

Option 1: Business address only with mail forwarding

​

• £40.00 a month (paid in blocks, see below) 

• 6 months block = £240.00 + VAT

• 12 month block = £480.00 + VAT

All prices exclude postage and packing, costs this would be dependent on the forwarding frequency and weight of the mail. Payment for these charges will be payable within 10 working days of invoicing.

Option 2: Physical mail box with business address

​

• £30.00 + VAT key deposit payable in advance with first rental block payment (refunded at tenancy end,  with key returned)

• £30.00 a month (paid in blocks, see below) + VAT

• 6 month block = £180.00 + VAT

• 12 month block = £360.00 + VAT

Mail can be collected within office hours only (closed during Bank Holidays), Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

If you're interested in either option, please use the application form below and we'll be in touch with you within 3 working days with our availability.  If we are able to accommodate you at the time of your application, we would ask you to attend a short introduction meeting at Leatherline House and ask that you bring all supporting documentation with you.  

 

Please note the following terms and conditions before continuing;

• First block-payment to be made prior to your service commencing. Future block-payments will be invoiced for payment 30 days in advance of your renewal. 

• If you're taking our OPTION 1 service, postage & packing costs will be chargeable dependent on the forwarding frequency and weight of the mail. Payment for these charges will be payable within 10 working days of invoicing.  Note that we will only forward mail to a UK mainland address matching the one on your application form and the forms of ID provided. We accept no responsibility for mail lost in transit. Be aware that the postage service used, and charged, will be weekday pre-1pm Royal Mail Special Delivery only.    

• Should you wish to terminate your service, 30 days notice is required in writing. No refund, partial or otherwise, will be made should this termination fall within a period of your active service. Should you decide to leave us, it is your responsibility to ensure that your company information is updated to reflect the future address of your business. This includes a Companies House registration where you've used your Leatherline House Business Centre address.  We reserve the right to contact Companies House and HMRC ourselves should it be found that you've continued to use your Leatherline House address once your active service has ended. 

• All applicants must be able to provide two forms of business identification; i.e. bank statement, phone & broadband services, companies house incorporation certificate.

• We also require two forms of personal identification, one of which must be a photo identification; passport or driving licence. The second form must be a utility bill or bank statement with your home address on and not older than 3 months.

• Leatherline House Business Centre will actively seek to work with local law enforcement should it be found that your Virtual Office service is being used outside of the rules & regulations that govern the supply of a legitimate business address.
